I am a certified NASM Nutrition Coach and have helped numerous clients regardless of their eating style learn how to eat a healthier nutrient dense diet while also leaving a little bit of room for those not-so-great foods. This is a LIFESTYLE, not a DIET. When it comes to food, everyone has a personal relationship with it and unfortunately we live in world inundated with “eat less carbs, do more cardio“ etc. Everyone’s body is different and not everyone has time to cook a meal that takes 60+ minutes.
I am a single mom myself and cooking meals that my two children will eat with green vegetables included can be quite a real challenge but in order to LOSE WEIGHT, BUILD MUSCLE, and MAINTAIN WEIGHT LOSS - YOU HAVE TO COOK AT HOME!
Over the years, I have worked with all different kinds of food preferences ranging from vegan, vegetarIan, mediterranean, pescatarian, etc. When it comes to weight loss or building muscle, the body needs an adequate amount of PROTEIN, CARBS, and FATS! These are called your macronutrients and I teach you how to eat a balanced nutrient dense diet centered around these according to what your body needs to function each day!
Everyone’s macronutrient needs are different depending upon their gender, body type, fitness goals, and how much activity they get per day. I coach you upon what consists of daily healthy eating habits to reach your personal fitness goals. Creating a habit of cooking at home and meal prepping isn’t easy but it’s one step at a time. I share recipes as well to help you crush your fitness goals!
