I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and working with people of all ages, body types, and learning styles. My background is in public education and I have worked with all ages PK-12 to adults for over 15 years. I love teaching people new skills to help them better themselves and watch them grow to become passionate about bettering others as well.
Nutrition is a key focus of my fitness and health coaching that I do with clients whether it‘s in person or online. I teach you how to track your macros but also develop a better relationship with food overall.
My fitness journey began with nothing but cardio but I learned over time that I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. So I started lifting, focused on my nutrition, and I can’t get enough of it still! I enjoy sharing that passion with my clients and coaching them through their fitness journey through in-person or online sessions. I strive to get to know each and every client that I have along with what their personal goals are as well for their nutrition and nutrition journey.
Improving your health is a lifelong process but I can gaurantee you once you start, you won’t want to stop! Nutrition is 90% of this lifestyle and I’d love to help get your started in the right direction!
